EPA Registration for Perimeter Treatments
New Labeling Adds Another Weapon to PMP Termiticide Arsenal
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC (May 9, 2007) — Bayer Environmental
Science recently announced that EPA has granted the registration for Premise
Perimeter application.
“We are excited about this new Premise registration as the new labeling
offers PMPs even more flexibility in the way they use Premise,” says Dan
Meek, business manager for Premise Termite Control. “The Perimeter labeling
means that PMPs can now offer their customers the proven performance of
Premise with a less intrusive treatment that saves them both time and
money.”
Premise is the original non-repellent, with over ten years of real world
performance and the most formulation options available, including Premise
Granules and Premise Foam.

Maxforce® Fly Spot
Bait Now Available
Flies Dead in 60 Seconds or Less
Research Triangle Park, N.C. – April 13, 2007 – Maxforce® Fly Spot
Bait from Bayer Environmental Science is now available. The product comes in
two convenient package sizes: two-ounce packets (50 per case) which make 16
ounces of ready-to-use spray and a 1 lb. plastic bottle (6 per case).
Maxforce Fly Spot Bait gives PMPs the opportunity to provide superior fly
control in a variety of settings that previously could not be treated with
fly baits, including commercial dining rooms, outside homes and around pet
areas. It can also be used in and around agricultural livestock production
facilities.
Maxforce Fly Spot Bait can be sprayed or painted onto surfaces, killing
flies in 60 seconds or less and providing up to six weeks of control indoors
and up to 14 days when applied around the outside of residences or
commercial buildings.
Maxforce Fly Spot Bait attracts flies with powerful attractants combined
with the active ingredient imidacloprid. Additionally, Maxforce Fly Spot
Bait contains BitrexTM, a bittering agent designed to minimize ingestion by
non-target animals.
